Our Story.
CARES Collaborative NFP was founded to address the growing mental health needs of students and families across underserved communities. Recognizing the critical gaps in access and coordination, our leadership envisioned a model that brings care directly to the environments where youth learn and grow. What began as a bold idea is now a growing nonprofit reaching schools and families with evidence-based services and a deep commitment to equity and inclusion.
Connection with 
CARES Collaborative is the service delivery arm of ReferralGPS, a leading digital referral platform that connects individuals to behavioral health resources. While ReferralGPS empowers communities with tools to navigate care options, CARES provides the on-the-ground clinical teams delivering that care. Together, we ensure that support is not only identified but also accessible, coordinated, and effective.
