About The Program
CARES Collaborative NFP is a nonprofit mental health services provider dedicated to expanding access to quality care for youth and families. In partnership with schools and communities, we deliver compassionate, evidence-based support through school-based teams, telehealth, and inclusive care models.

We offer a full range of school-based and community mental health services tailored to youth and families. Our team provides accessible, evidence-based care where and when it is needed most.
Individual & Family Therapy
Confidential, trauma-informed therapy for children, teens, and families in need of emotional or behavioral support.
Psychiatric Services
Psychiatric evaluation and medication management available through integrated care coordination.
School-Based Care Teams
On-site clinical support embedded in schools, working closely with educators to meet students where they are.
Sliding Scale / Access Model
No one is turned away due to cost. We offer flexible payment options and prioritize equitable care delivery.
Group Therapy Programs
Peer-based support groups addressing topics like anxiety, trauma, grief, and social-emotional skills.
